Refund and Return Policy

It’s very simple. Just send an email to info@remediaamoris.com  and you will receive detailed instructions on how to make a return.

We guarantee that the products we sell work correctly and that if they have any manufacturing defect, we will exchange them at no cost. We will then make a claim to the manufacturer. The 2-year warranty means that the products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects during that period but not for misuse or mishandling.

This does not include defects caused by neglect, shock, misuse, tampering, incorrect voltage or installation, or wear and tear.

If any detail of the warranty or proof of purchase is changed, altered or replaced; and / or if the identification number or the guaranteed product is tampered with or repaired, without the prior authorization of remediaamoris.com

Yes. If you simply do not like them or do not want them, you have 15 days since the moment you receive the products.

You have 2 years to return any products that do not work or has manufacturing defects. We will process the warranty with the manufacturer.

  • Prepare the package containing the defective products, inserting them with the original packaging, inside a larger box, so that the original product box must arrive intact, without adhesives or damage. For this, it is essential to reinforce the box that contains the original boxes of the products, it must have a good closure with adhesive tape.  
  • The label that our system generates must be attached to the package to be printed. Do not forget to print and attach this label on each package containing the RMA number associated with the collection in question, in number of packages and an identification bar code.  
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and never in any case covers wear or misuse. We will only return the money for those products with manufacturing defects, so you will have to pay close attention to those that show signs of wear or with a barrel. 
  • In the case of damaged packaging or with transport stickers, 100% of the value of the product will not be returned. For this reason it is important that it is recommended to return the original product packages, only contained in another larger box so as not to damage the product.

  1. The product must keep its original packaging and original seal intact.
  2. The product must be in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use.
  3. The product must be properly packed before returning.
  4. The product must not have been used.
  5. Products in which the package has been glued with stickers, price tags, adhesive paper or similar, will not be accepted.

Yes. Some personal hygiene products and underwear cannot be returned. We accept returns as long as they have not been used or their condition has changed and they are stored in the exact same condition in which they were shipped. If the product has been opened or shows signs of use or tampering, the return will not be accepted. At remediaamoris.com we ensure that hygiene is always respected and remains unchanged.

Gift Cards that have not been used also do not provide refund solutions.

  • If you need to exchange or return the product because you don’t like it, or if you cancel your purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • If the product is faulty or damaged and the two-year warranty is still valid, you will be responsible for the shipping costs within 15 days of the original delivery. After 15 days, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

As soon as we receive the goods in our warehouse and after checking the condition of the item, we will process the refund taking into account the method of payment and excluding cash purchases which will be refunded by bank transfer. Once we have received the package and accepted the return from our Returns Department, we will credit the cost of the product.
